- Unlimited PTO - 5 weeks vacation (3 weeks + 2 recharge weeks) - Amazing culture - super inclusive and everyone I've spoken to is incredibly friendly and generous with their time - Good personalized benefits (health spending account/personal spending account, dental, and health)

Cons

- No structured training - lots of self-led content, which can be good or bad depending on how you learn
