We are intensely focused on integrating our solutions and building out functionality as smoothly as we can — and that takes time. Meanwhile, to improve transparency and cross-team communications, we’ve introduced tools like V2MOMs (our internal goal setting process), established Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), monthly Town Halls, designated Slack channels, and fun team-building activities across our offices.
