Amazing people that really care about each other.

Everything is a fire drill. Targets move every few weeks and there's zero strategic plan in place to support hitting them. The focus is on Sales and M&A activity, not the products themselves, employees, customers or retention. The pace and lack of priority will kill any work-life balance you thought you had. Don't expect to be fairly compensated, respected, or recognized while you kill yourself to meet deadlines. Unlimited PTO is a joke... if you're in any type of support role expect to work weekends, holidays, recharge weeks, sick days, and vacations.

It is why we are so sorry to hear your feedback and that you haven’t felt supported in your role. We take seriously the concerns you have raised, many of which we have already been actively working to address. For example, we appreciate how fast-paced of an organization Diligent can be as a rapidly growing company, which is why we strive to promote work-life balance in a number of ways. Most recently, we began offering all of our employees two additional weeks of PTO to unplug and recharge. To your point about compensation, we do regularly evaluate our policies and programs to ensure they are competitive in the markets where we operate.
