In the Galway office, the management is good, with great co-workers and friendly environment.

Cons

The benefits are very low. While most of the companies in Ireland pay for broadband as we are all working from home at the moment, Diligent doesn't. We only get $250 which is about 220 euros to spend on working from home equipment. This 250 is enough for nothing. By the time you buy a second screen, you still have to spend a large amount of your own money to buy a proper chair, desk, keyboard, etc..No gym discounts, no local discounts in certain shops or services. Hopefully, that will improve in the future..

Cons

- Incompetent team leads - Low salary - General lack of organization - Shifts changing every month, even to night shift - If you complain about the above they'll find a way to get you out in no time
