Work is high quality - sometimes overengineered, but in my opinion that is expected when this many team works on the same product, office kitchen packed, AI is a must and they hold trainings quite often.

Cons

Introducing new things can be excruciatingly slow.

All round a positive experience and great place to work. Excellent leadership from top down and always open to positive change. Good work life balance with hybrid working model. Brilliant office space in Galway. Company always striving to positively evolve from a product and operational perspective. Highly recommend.
