- Great team culture - Achievable goals - Job opportunities/great career progression and career mapping - Providing clients with systems that actually help makes the job and workplace feel good.

Cons

-Over the years spending has cut down, things like your regular team expensed team lunch's aren't so regular which feels unwarranted when we spend thousands on sponsoring events that lead to no direct benefit. - Sometimes it feels hard to be recognised as managers have so much on their plate that they have no time to pass recognition only if a job opens within someone's team. That being said there are commission accelerators which help you stay motivated.
