Diligent is a fast growing company that offers great opportunities for those who put themselves out there. They have supported my on my career progression with giving me the opportunities to change roles within Diligent and receive training in areas that will strengthen my skills in those roles. They believe in in offering people the opportunity to work in other offices around the world to strengthen working relationships and encourage knowledge and skill sharing. Within the last year they initiated the Ambassador Program, where they send 3 staff to one of our overseas offices to live and work with the team there for 3 months. I was privileged enough to be chosen for the first Ambassador Program where I worked at our Head Office in NYC. I would highly recommend the applying for this experience to any Diligent employees. Diligent has a real sense of community.

As with any fast growing company they are challenged with keeping up with the growth and scaling, however are constantly working towards doing this effectively
