      Pros

      Worked with the latest technology. Great, smart, engaged people. Nice machines and open space plan. Located in Uptown Charlotte. Lots of perks like free snacks, soda, and often lunches and parties.

      Cons

      Management never seemed focused on what they wanted out of the software. Requirements changed very, very often and when delivered they were rarely thought through.

      Pros

      Overall, I think Diligent is a great place to work. The company provides a competitive compensation package and the work is very interesting. The technology team is doing a lot of fun and interesting work and the team is very collaborative. This is a great place if you are a self starter who is independent and works well in an unstructured environment.

      Cons

      The Company is globally dispersed and some times requires meetings after hours and weekend work.

      Pros

      Small, successful, based in west london, great colleagues and great manager. A lot room for growth and a lot of investment from the company.

      Cons

      Not many bonuses, the office does not offer much than just a very sad coffee machine. Not super easy to get to in west london.
