      West coast culture on the east coast

      Pros

      Laid back west coast culture not typical of most companies in this area. Above average compensation and benefits. Generous bonus plan. Fast-paced innovative startup feel, but with a proven product and established customer base. Company keeps growing and growing. Extremely smart people work here. Of all the places I've worked at I feel very lucky to have this opportunity.

      Cons

      Need another microwave in the kitchen. But seriously if I said anything here I'd only be nitpicking.

      Pros

      Great group of people who are passionate about what they do! I genuinely look forward to work every day. Diligent provides great resources and amazing perks to it's employees.

      Pros

      I really loved Diligent and was part of a layoff so my exit was sudden. I think the company is at an inflection point and it can be felt by everyone involved (ie there’s a lot of pressure to please investors - it happens). If you want to be in a challenging environment and learn quickly at scale, this is absolutely the place.

      Cons

      Upper level management and senior management can feel disconnected at times. Pay for some commercial teams can be below industry standard.
