Thank you for your review. We’re so glad to hear that you value our flexible work policy — we truly feel that great work can happen anywhere, any time. We do recognize that some departments have higher workloads and we’re actively working to correct this by bringing on more team members, improving processes and implementing more training and enablement. We’re a fast-growing company with big ambitions and while we do have an expectation of high performance, workloads shouldn’t be overwhelming.
