Executive team are a disaster. Have no clue what's going on, constantly changing priorities, not replying to stuff, replacing everyone they can with cheaper labour abroad. You can't trust the leadership above the director level. They'll tell you one thing and tell a colleague another. VPs preventing leaders from interacting with skip level managers for their own political purposes. Have no communication skills at all. Discriminatory, I could go on and on. Stay clear. Its a pity a few executives can ruin it for so many. And this is coming from a high performer per company's own ratings, not a disgruntled employee on a pip or something. They can't manage out problem employees and let colleagues suffer for it but let great people go and don't give enough headcount for teams. It's a constant squeeze for resources. And the worst thing is they clearly don't care and have let things deteriorate. Just look at the other reviews recently... At this point I am presuming the plan is to just let natural attrition decrease headcount...
