Pros

Have been working at Diligent for less than a year and love it so far. I work with individuals across most of the teams and can say everyone has been welcoming and the New York office is a great atmosphere to work in. Everyone is professional and talented. There is a work hard, play hard attitude and plenty of opportunity. A lot of flexibility to carve your own career path and challenge yourself in ways that are meaningful

Diligent is a fast-growing SaaS company with a great vision for the future. We have acquired new brands and so there are a lot of opportunities for career growth without having to leave the company. The leadership team is accessible, and there is a focus on personal development.

Cons

The pace is very fast and change happens rapidly. Some people love this; just make sure it's the right environment for you. Sometimes our processes have a hard time keeping up.
