      Pros

      Overall, I think Diligent is a great place to work. The company provides a competitive compensation package and the work is very interesting. The technology team is doing a lot of fun and interesting work and the team is very collaborative. This is a great place if you are a self starter who is independent and works well in an unstructured environment.

      Cons

      The Company is globally dispersed and some times requires meetings after hours and weekend work.

      Pros

      The company culture is great - a very modern work place environment with extremely intelligent and motivated employees. You can tell that people are happy to come into work each day.. The company is very generous with money - they pay excellent base salaries and the bonus amounts are unheard of in this area of North Carolina. The CTO is one of the most hands on and approachable executives I've ever worked with...he makes it a point to talk to everyone in the office and actually cares what people are concerned about. And then he actually takes steps to do whatever is needed based on the conversations he's had.

      Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

      Cons

      Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
