      Care about career growth - a lot of opportunity to enhance skills with how quickly the company grows, always something different to learn Good salaries 50% in office 50% at home works for both me and the business ,- diligent still offers trust and flexibility

      Sometimes changes can be very last minute and puts pressure on operational teams or our leadership team haven't planned well enough to ensure we have the right resources to deliver ambitious plans
