back in 1995 I was paid $14 per hour. I worked part time and went to school. On slow days it was hard to make a quota but you made it up on busy days

Cons

It was a quota position. I hated that co workers kept taking customers. Customers didn't care that we were paid according to what we sold

Good employee discount, great pay, good sales environment, not long hours, great energy, constructive feedback, management is understanding, good pto.

Cons

Very long hours, no breaks were given around holidays. there wasn't a good commision policy set in place, alot of pressure to sell
