Pros

Decent pay for retail. One weekend off a month. Holidays and birthdays paid off.

Cons

You work on sales per hour, they don't tell you how hard it is to obtain your goals when you first start. Your goal is always higher than what the actual department goal is. If you don't make your goal they give you a 10 percent pay cut. I've never heard of another company that does this. It doesn't matter what area you work in, if you aren't good at getting credit cards you might as well quit. Employees are always coming and going making it hard to keep up daily work. There's no such thing as 'seniority.' No positive reinforcement. It doesn't matter if you've been there for 10 years or 10 days, everyone is replaceable. .

Pros

Pay is decent. Company is pretty family oriented depending on the manager that you work for.

Cons

Most job promotions are politically based. Benefits are lousy. Some managers are there because of who they know NOT what they know.
