A lot of hard work with no compensation.

Pros

For a retailer, their starting pay is pretty good. Depending on the sales manager of the department you get placed in, you can have either a great experience or a horrible time.

Cons

As a manager, you work a lot of hours with no extra compensation. It is like pulling teeth if you need to take a day off, whether for sick leave or to deal with family emergencies. Some store managers still ask you to come to work when you are running a temperature. They demand a lot of their sales managers, but do not compensate them for all their hard work.

Family owned company with family values and great work ethic. Seniority has priority with privileges but their is room to grow with company quickly.

Cons

Somewhat dated, needs modern technology and internal computer systems. Also needs higher innovation in their products, marketing, and their displays.
