Pros
Make friends with other coworkers. The job is inside in air conditioning and VERY easy.
Cons
Boring boring boring. Same thing every day. The minutes used to drag. Seriously don't know how people handle retail. I did it for three years and hated it. Also, since there are so many women working together and hating their jobs, the atmosphere can get kind of tense with all the things that they are annoyed about. If you don't get along with women, don't work at Dillard's. You'll hate it and end up quitting if you do. I've seen it many times. Also, it sucks that you have sales goals to reach in order to not get a pay cut. You can't make the customers buy. But you can study what is in fashion and make sure you suggest as much as you can to make a sale. I wasn't a very good sales woman though so I got pay cuts a couple times. Oh well. Glad I'm not there anymore.
