Pros

The hours are flexible and most of the other employes where nice to work with. Store was always clean and customers usually friendly.

Cons

Many hours on your feet! Pressure to become an overly pushy salesperson which does not work on all types of customers. Some customers had rather look around at the counter for a bit without having you breathing down their neck the entire time.

Pros

money's good for retail --- not open crazy hours earliest 8am and latest 10pm during holidays

Cons

number of hours expected to work is out of control---no, respect from district manager or above, they walk through the store and all you get is negetitive feedback, unless you have a sales increase you never get a raise, some managers have gone more than 5 years without an increase--sph for selling associates causes alot of controversy on the selling floor and you spend most of your time dealing with this, very little training, no corporate training program in place, unless an experienced mgr. decides to help you you are sunk!
