Decent pay, accommodating hours, good discounts. Some women have been here for 10+ years and have made a career out of it, but you have to be someone who can deal with the culture. I think it's a good part-time job

Cons

Drama and management encourage conflict. The culture is very sales-oriented, as you are expected to work hard, and not meeting your numbers is considered your personal failure despite a lack of floor traffic. They also expect you to meet metrics without paying you commission unless the WHOLE department reaches their number
