Great work life balance and wonderful environment to work.

Cons

Growth can be limited due to it being a small size company. Salary on the low side but incentive helps out as long as you work hard.

Hours are great depending on the branch. Some branches close at 3 and you will leave at 4.

Cons

There is hardly room for growth in such a small company. The pay is horrible. People literally work here for fun.
