      Pros

      Among the best at managing and implementing factor based strategies. Attracts a very smart talent pool with a high integrity culture.

      Cons

      Problem is, there's only one strategy. When it works, that's great. When it doesn't, be prepared to wait. The executive team has a hard time grasping that client time horizons are shorter than 10+ years, is slow to react, and doesn't do a good job of retaining their own people when performance lags.
