There is a lot of opportunity for development at DFA. Although it’s not structured, there is time and support to get better or even explore similar roles. Also, the company is full of highly ambitious people.

Cons

Most people you meet will think they’re the smartest person at the company. It’s not necessarily a bad thing because it attracts high caliber people but it can get annoying at times. Related to this, individual skill is underrated and they treat (and pay) you like you can be easily replaced.
