Great benefits, better-than-average salary, amazing building.

Cons

Management within their Marketing & Communication department is dysfunctional. Leadership within tends to be indecisive, and many managers are micro-managers, unapproachable, and/or horrible communicators. Lots of stress constantly and many fires to put out, but mostly because of their quirky direction.

There is decent work / life balance - people normally leave by 5-6pm

Cons

- Silos; little interaction across teams - No company culture - Turnover is high - the only company I've ever worked with where you have to return your sign-on bonus if you leave before TWO years (not one) - and this is because people never stay too long - Old board with even more dated thinking - no diversity at all

Great people to work with. Product you can get behind and feel good about what you do. Awesome work life balance.

Cons

Pay discrepancy between 2 people in the same role can be astronomical. How upper management has not corrected this is unclear to me. Some departments seem to have the upper hand over others. Some roles do not have any authority to make decisions.
