      The people and the benefits are good... That's about it. Don't stay here for too long.

      Cons

      The company isn't doing anything innovative or interesting. Their solution to growing is just marketing more. The base pay isn't competitive and room for growth is small, yet they scratch their heads at why the turnover is high. Last but not least, their IT team blocks EVERYTHING without telling you. It's just a matter of time before they block something that breaks your workflow. Only an unserious company blocks some of the websites and tools that they do. Have I mentioned that they are allergic to AI?
