It's decent at best, lots of incentives (if youre a fav)

If you arent 'moldable' in their eyes they WILL get rid of you by any means. It starts with a performance review, then PP. If you dont go in with your head down and midnign your business they WILL get rid of you. do you job, get your check, and LEAVE. You might be able to make friends but just know they will throw you under the bus for their own gain. That ANYONE in ANY position especially leadership. They're probably going to sell soon also so dont rly do it. OH! and the turn over rate is DIABOLICAL!! If you're not a fav you wont be there more than 2 years lol

Only downside that i could think of is that you have to get pre-approval before you or anyone living in your household can make any type of investment. If you are active in stock market, just know that there is lot of restrictions.
