I would only recommend working at DFA for your first 2-3 years post-undergrad or your last decade before retirement. For young employees, you should see this job as a launching pad before leaving for business school or a company with better advancement opportunities. For employees nearing retirement, this is a pretty cushy job if you're hired as a RD/VP.

Pay is not competitive and it is no longer attractive to be a "DFA lifer"
