      Unique Firm culture, history, sense of purpose. Beautiful office, great location, delicious food. A lot of talented yet down to Earth people. Stable and focused on doing the right thing for the long-term rather than making short-sighted or reactionary actions.

      Cons

      The flip side: the cautious, conservative leadership style can be frustrating when change is needed.
