      hosts get tips, always shifts available

      Cons

      the managers give you an evaluation after every training session, but instead of being helpful, constructive criticism it ends up being a test of what you learned and telling you everything you did wrong and need to remember. Personally, I think they need to chill a little bit. I'm not sensitive to stuff like this at all but it was just overkill for things that we had just learned. Also, lots of systems that seem to be incredibly complex and difficult for no reason.

      Best part was the pay and coworkers. Mostly all other servers were laid back. Lots of teamwork so you can always count on others for help. Good pay

      Cons

      Management can be all over the place. But overall supportive as well.
