good money, averages to be $35/hr on tips and hourly. managers can be friendly, but firm. very very fast paced, very consistent, never slow.

Pay is the only pro and even that is questionable based on the load the drop on you.

Cons

Managers were extremely rude, did not take the time to teach. They make you feel horrible for any mistake you make. Meanwhile they do coke with the servers and go out to party with them. Their workers are completely at their dispense. They have a huge turn over for a reason. Do not work here unless you want to deal with mangers and costumers yelling at you.

Pros

Everyone works their way up from the bottom, so if you work hard you will be rewarded by cross-training through each of the different positions (greeter/busser, cashiering, running, etc.) until you reach serving. It's a good job if you are motivated and want to challenge yourself because this is a very fast-paced restaurant with multiple roles. You are pretty much in charge of your own learning after your basic training. The tips are great but was better obviously before the pandemic. Coworkers at this location are very outgoing and generally want to help each other out.

Cons

Very stressful at times due to volume, guests, and physical demands. Guests at this particular location are very particular and you will run into many parties that give you a hard time. I do not recommend working here if you have a hard time standing your ground with strangers. I do not recommend working here if you are sensitive and do not like corrections and sometimes very harsh criticism from your managers/other coworkers and leads. Very strict establishment with their rules for employees (blackout dates for time off, dress code, punctuality, no free food for employees ever, etc.)
