Small and friendly. Everyone acts as a family and works together.
Cons
I worked for 5+ years in the Engineering department and performed my job adequately. I do not have a formal degree yet was performing work that a degree would require. When I was asked to be compensated the bare minimum for my continued work, I was let go. I was not fired, but the crumbs and title I asked for was rejected. They have horrible turnaround because they use people and discard them once they feel they got all of the worth from them. I feel like I was used for cheap labor and once I asked for fair compensation, they discarded me.
