Excellent Benefits and work life balance, but a few cons
Pros
-excellent insurance plan that is incredibly affordable. Many people come from other organizations for less pay but more take home due to their progressive insurance policy. -hours for everyone range from 6am-5pm window. -CEO has ton of loyalty towards employees and taking care of them -high pay for lower skill workers such as production associates -excellent work life balance
Cons
-skilled workers leave for higher paying jobs. -not much room for advancement/pigeon holing -KPIs have no relevance on yearly reviews -no large increases in pay regardless of job performance -departments battle each other to throw each other under the bus due to upper management. This leads unfortunately to a toxic work place mentality instead of team-based goal orientation -additive responsibilities with no additive pay
