Pros

Can be a stepping stone. Only reason why it gets two stars.

Cons

The one word I would use to describe this company is “shady”. Management manipulates the testimony of one employee to terminate another employee they don’t like. Saw it happen several times. This type of management style trickles down to know the rest of the company operates

Great company led by business owners who care about their employees. The work is challenging and have had many opportunities for growth. Fun work environment and amazing colleagues.

None. The leadership team listens to employees and is open to ideas.

Some really good people with good ideas on how to fix issues / grow the business.

Cons

Management & Culture does not listen to the employees. The constant turnover & use of seasonal / temp staff has everyone afraid to speak up.
