      Pros

      Laid back, flexible, great people, interesting work (sometimes), occasional company-funded work parties, cool office with snacks & games. My salary is pretty competitive too. Overall I quite enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Very mediocre benefits (PTO & medical), higher-ups seem very sales-driven rather than delivery-driven.

      Everyone is positive. Everyone is helpful. The feeling of motivation and striving for better flood this place. I look forward to coming to work each day.

      Cons

      Health insurance isnt cheap. But i do not blame the company for this.

      Seriously an awesome place to work. Great leadership team that rewards hard work.

      Cons

      Health insurance just went up, but I blame Obama, not Direct Technology.
