Pros
Company gives you a varied experience and are actively always hiring. The employees are what make the company and they stick together.
Cons
Work life is non-existent and you are expected to work long hours for low pay all so the owners can get more money. DT is always hiring as their turnover rate is almost the same so the company is slowly either growing or declining.

Pros
The business opportunities at DT are endless. If you have a good idea, product or skills and like hard work and compensation based on revenue you produce then DT will find a place for you. Entreprenurial spirit, a cool environment and fun is what you find at Direct Technology.
Cons
If you like a medium pace and like to do the same thing every day then DT may not be the place for you. DT tends to reward those who want to work to move up in their career. Change and flexibility is necessary to work here so it's not for everyone.
