Enjoy the diversity of the organization, the great leadership, that they promote a work/life balance, and that management offers every individual a chance for success and career advancement

Cons

tight spaces and running out of room because of growth (not such a bad thing but still makes for a crowded work environment)

surrounded by talented people, respectful, growing, fun, never a dull moment. top players in the 911 space and energy efficiency industry.

Cons

cramped in our space due to growth, had to give up some of our play space. used to be all senior level engineers, now have brought on junior ones, so things have slowed a little

Excellent people. Smaller company generally means more room for advancement.

Cons

Upper management was shortsighted, very sales focused, less focus on delivery and customer service. Employee compensation was a constant issue - whether benefits, salary, bonuses, etc - all was below par.
