This is the worst company I have ever worked for. No training, no counseling, management is not ready for growth. Terrible implementation for new programs. Back stabbing co workers with no follow up from supervisor. Obvious cliquey atmosphere. Lack of communication.

Great Company, but Little Chance For Promotion

Pros

Direct Travel will take care of you, has a 401k plan, decent health benefits. Plenty of opportunity in a company grossing close to a billion a year.

Cons

If you're looking for a promotion, this is not the place to do it. Also, people in the travel business for 30+ years have a tough time with changing technology, and do not accept there might be a better way of doing things. Weekend work with no overtime is regularly expected if you're on the tech side.
