Pros

Good environment to work. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, tenured co-workers. Job security. Great work-life balance. Comfortable work attire. The best part of the job is the friendly atmosphere.

Cons

Training is lacking. If you're motivated to learn, it's not too challenging. There's new management, which seem to be pretty solid, but there are communication issues that occur while new systems are being put into place.

Pros

Direct Travel is an extension of Directravel and its predecessor VTS Travel Direct. As it is growing there will be some differences in personnel and culture, however, overall the organization is very much focused on serving its clients and its employees in the best possible ways.

Cons

Change brings challenges and as new ownership/management brings new processes and procedures to the table, it will necessarily present new questions to existing employees, but given their level of professionalism it will continue to grow effectively.
