Pros

Truly cares about their employees and their feedback and input. I've worked for DVS for 4 1/2 years and continue to love my job and my leadership. Our tech certification program is something I haven't seen before.

Cons

Smaller company that had growing pains at first, but now we are maturing in processes, etc

Pros

Some nice people work at corporate so decent place be at and located in Tysons now and produce nicely written proposals

Cons

You would think some of the more experienced senior leadership would have better oversight and make good decisions, but it's just a sh**show
