Winning Culture - Detailed Onboarding

Pros

- Really impressive onboarding. Most detailed I've ever gone through. - You can feel you're in a room of really driven people who want to win. Likely why they have high CSAT scores because they're really particular about who and how they hire/onboard - Fun to be a part of a company that's growing and winning

Cons

- Can get left behind if you're not driving to win. Fast paced isn't for everyone.

Pros

The benefits and pay is really good

Cons

1. They put you through a 2-3 week strenuous onboarding (which is basically a paid assessment, if you make it - great, if not - they will let you go) 2. Which brings me to my second point, they do routine layoffs. People leave their jobs to take this role and then get let go if they don’t pass onboarding 3. They’ll work you to the bone and act like they “care” but they really don’t. I don’t think the level of stress this agency gives you is worth your mental sanity. I’d avoid this company if you could.
