2yThank you for your feedback. We instituted the Consultant Code in December 2022 where Garrett made a promise on a company-wide call that every Strategist would manage no more than 5 accounts in addition to 20 hours of support per week. During this same rollout, he gave out his cell phone number for anyone to reach out to him if any part of the Consultant Code was broken. To my knowledge, no one has managed more than 5 accounts since that code was enacted.
We also offer all of our employees a living wage in their respective countries based on reliable research. For example, in the US we based our living wage on MIT’s report.

Our Operations and Learning & Development teams are currently in the process of updating and expanding our onboarding and training materials. We hope these changes address some of what you mentioned in the cons for future hires.
