Pros
The people here are brilliant beyond definition. Everyone operates in excellence. I love my co-workers, and my leaders. Because its a remote company, it is literally filled with the most diverse, and unique thinking people Ive ever seen. I worked in the creative department as a motion designer. I loved my co-workers. Loved my Creative Director. Super passionate guy. Really loved connecting with the clients on a personal level. Always pushed us for excellence. My associate director was the dopest nicest, most incredibly talented person I've ever met. Loved getting his feedback, and getting his take on direction. I loved our clients. Usually incredibly open minded. The intern program. Yo! Ive never seen people grow so much in one season in my life! People come in a 3 and in six months leave an 8. Not kidding. Not sure about the other departments, but in the creative. Under the leadership of the AD, and CD these people come in with a few skills and leave a master The CEO: Damn. This dude is the greatest leader I've ever worked under. Big personality. Super fun to work for. LOVES what he does. Oozes with passion. Ive never seen someone so passionate about marketing. He does a bunch of podcasts, and has guests, and travels speaking at conferences, so the dude has an insane amount of knowledge. Its amazing to hear him speak. Feeling Loved&Appreciated Ive never seen a company love on their employees like Directive does. We got QUALITY swag constantly. A present I received once had to of been $200+ worth of stuff. A freaking windbreaker, beanie, mugs, and a backpack. Then you have your anniversary presents, and your Christmas gifts, and your birthday surprise. If you get referrals you get more quality gifts! Not enough? Win player of the week and you get MORE presents. And we're not talking BS pencils, and coupons. NO! This is champagne, plants, olive oil, a MF BONZAI TREE!!!!! Like wtf?! So freaking cool!!! Name another company sending everyone BONZAI TREES?!!?!? ALSO every single time it has a handwritten card. Like come the freak on. It literally doesn't get any better than that.
