Pros

Safe environment for women with true equal opportunity, great benefits, ability to work remote, unlimited vacation time, flexible schedules, great people who are professional yet still fun, wonderful CEO and COO. It's just a great work/life balance all around.

Cons

None come to mind, honestly. We're continually growing so we're learning new things every day: how to operate more efficiently, how to train better, etc.

Pros

No agency has the structure that Directive does, the teamwork is exceptional, and the growth possibilities are endless. Plus a great working environment, clear expectations, and exciting clients.

Cons

It's a fast-paced environment that is built for success but does require excellent time management and discipline to succeed, which you need to develop.

Pros

*Directive is hands down the best organization I've ever worked for. Management has never personally asked me for this review and I intend to be as transparent as possible. One of the biggest pros is that we get paid learning time. Self-betterment and self-learning are encouraged here and I also feel like I have grown exponentially more figuring things out on my own. I was also given great training and learning resources to build a solid foundation of technical knowledge for my role. I've never once felt like I didn't have the support of my team members whenever questions or concerns arose. I was given an opportunity to work for this company because of my motivation to self-learn basic digital marketing concepts and fundamentals. Directive has taught me never to be complacent with my current knowledge and to continuously pushes me to be better. There are so many more pros. The biggest being the people who are super welcoming and non-exclusive. The office really does have a family vibe and the people are hilarious. Never have I seen any member of the team be disrespected or put down. There is absolutely no micro-managing from my many months of working here. It is completely the opposite. You are given complete freedom and flexibility to plan and execute new strategies and tactics. We track our productivity in order for us to be accountable for our own work. Hours are flexible and each team member trusts each other to hold their own weight. There are high expectations for every team member but that is to be expected. If you want to pursue Digital Marketing as a career, Directive is the perfect place to build your expertise. You will learn so much in a very short span of time. As with any company, if you are hungry and eager to learn and be better, you will do great here.

Cons

Losing in ping pong right before leaving the office.
