      I LOVE IT! Everyday is EPIC here. Wish I found them sooner.

      Pros

      This company is fantastic, here's why: 1. Managers are innovative and foster employee growth 2. LOTS of learning opps - digital knowledge is readily shared and there's a ton of it 3. It's super fun, people are happy and thriving which makes it a really great working environment 4. Everyone is really nice and smart 5. There is a slack channel for dad jokes and dogs!!!! 6. Remote work/flex schedules 7. Balanced workload 8. ACE clients - it seems like every B2B SaaS company wants to work with Directive, and its because our marketing team is incredible and using the most advanced techniques out there 9. It's FUN - colleagues, clients, managers, and the work itself is genuinely enjoyable 10. Growth opportunities - people are getting promoted monthly as we're growing so quickly 11. You can make pretty good money here - talk to a recruiter, don't go off of glassdoor reviews because they are outdated. 12. Our founders are the best! Seriously, they are very knowledgeable and incredibly nice guys.

      Cons

      The only con is that my work laptop took a little longer than I'd hoped to get but just an extra week

      Pros

      Directive has a culture unlike any other agency you have been a part of. Since I have been hired, we have grown by 100% and are still fueling the hiring fire! The team is brilliant, the CEO is a game changer, and the service provided to clients is top tier!

      Cons

      I miss the interaction with co-workers. But through zoom we have been able to stay connected. Absolutely no cons here!

      Best Company and Culture I've Worked For

      Pros

      There are many pros and reasons why I love working for Directive. I love the culture of the sales team everyone is extremely positive and a team player. The executives also really include everyone and everyone's opinion is not only valued but always taken into consideration. The company is very fast paced which I love. I also love the flexibility of remote work and being able to work from home.

      Cons

      The only con is that we are so busy so if you struggle with multi tasking or get overwhelmed then it can definitely be an adjustment. However, we are not pushed to work overtime even when busy.
