Pros

- excellent team of upper management for learning and feedback - high-caliber co-workers - strong learning & collaborative atmosphere - growing dynamic client portfolio - great office facilities & fun office atmosphere - excellent benefits (PTO, 401k, gym membership, snack kitchen) - clear goals for personal professional growth, client growth, and company growth

Cons

- tight deadlines to juggle but not a problem with good time management - high-quality work standard which most should view as a pro

Pros

- Transparent leaders. No sugar-coating here. They set clear expectations and make sure they set you up for success. The rest is up to you. - Career growth opportunities. - Everyone is smarter than you (that's a good thing) yet still eager to learn more. - Cool office and work environment (cold brew on tap, cereal bar, snacks, pool table, etc.)

Cons

- Fast paced. You need to be able to adapt quickly - Lack of onboarding training for specialists but has significantly improved since I began working here. - If you have a poor work ethic and can't make deadlines, do not apply here.

Pros

Directive is growing fast, so it's a really wise place to get involved while the foundations are being built. Upbeat work environment Welcoming, encouraging environment The leadership works really hard, its encouraging to see that they are putting in their time to make this place great. Open space Forward thinking and fast paced People genuinely care about doing an excellent job Easy to make friends! The long term "office culture" vision is fantastic 24 hour fitness memberships cold brew ping pong

Cons

Naturally there are growing pains when things are moving this fast. Work load can be overwhelming at times, but the leadership is making huge efforts to spread the responsibilities. Vacation time is minimal, however, if you know you're getting in on the groundwork for something great, the long term makes up for it. No Health benefits... yet!!
