Pros

I haven't seen any pros. Please stay away if you don't want to work 24 by 7 and ruin your personal life and mental peace.

Cons

The work pressure was horrible. When you work for them, they expect you to take calls in the middle of the night or attend meetings early in the morning. Their poor attitude made my relationships suffer. I quit to protect myself from the terrible stress they gave me daily.

Pros

It's smart to avoid working here if you have another choice. The rate of burnout tells the reality of this awful workplace.

Cons

The focus of the people in power is terribly misguided. These ridiculous people are obsessed with increasing revenue. So, they lie blatantly to clients about deliverable and make promises they can't keep. It leads to a lot of pressure and stress for employees who have to tolerate the worst work-life balance and get no mental peace. I quit to save myself from burnout. Many others didn't
