      The Company’s A Red Flag

      The benefits and pay is really good

      Cons

      1. They put you through a 2-3 week strenuous onboarding (which is basically a paid assessment, if you make it - great, if not - they will let you go) 2. Which brings me to my second point, they do routine layoffs. People leave their jobs to take this role and then get let go if they don’t pass onboarding 3. They’ll work you to the bone and act like they “care” but they really don’t. I don’t think the level of stress this agency gives you is worth your mental sanity. I’d avoid this company if you could.

      Pros

      Now, there are some good people here to be fair, but they are far outweighed by the most toxic, self fulfilling, and often incompetent people you may ever work with. This place is honestly a dumpster fire from the top down.

      Cons

      If you have any other job prospects, and I mean any, take them. Come to Directive as a rock bottom, last resort, desperation measure and don’t stop looking for better after you start. They will grind you till burnout and then ask for more. Promote unlimited PTO but highly discourage from using it (they expect you to work all hours anyways). Don’t trust anyone to have your back. And honestly, avoid executive leadership contact as much as possible, no one is here to be your friend.

      Thank you for the feedback. Working at an agency lends itself to longer hours than in-house marketing roles, while that’s the case remind and encourage people to use their unlimited PTO benefit to recharge.
