Pros

Directive is so focused on its people that the company culture is amazing. There are always opportunities to grow, we all support each other, our directors truly care about their teams, and everyone is passionate about doing the best work possible for their clients. And the cold brew and kombucha on tap isn't bad either. ;)

Cons

I honestly love working here and don't have any cons.

Pros

Safe environment for women with true equal opportunity, great benefits, ability to work remote, unlimited vacation time, flexible schedules, great people who are professional yet still fun, wonderful CEO and COO. It's just a great work/life balance all around.

Cons

None come to mind, honestly. We're continually growing so we're learning new things every day: how to operate more efficiently, how to train better, etc.

Pros

Directive is easily one of the best companies I have worked for, they embody a culture and work ethic that I truly value and respect. The people here are not only fun, welcoming, helpful, and team oriented- but are also extremely bright individuals who understand both independent and team/company success. I have never experienced a company with so much transparency, and collaboration. It's also a fun, vibrant work environment where there is a great understanding of work life balance.

Cons

There really aren’t that many cons that I can come up with. We are constantly evaluating ourselves (i.e. management and operations) and looking for ways to improve. Must be a self-starter, which might be a struggle for some individuals.
