- on-boarding experience is not mundane & provides real tips & tricks that will help you do your job! You get to really learn the Directive way. - Some of the best team members who all bring different strengths. This allows me the privilege of having multiple perspectives whenever I’m facing a challenge. - Middle, Upper management & Executive team are all very caring & always acknowledge any potential challenges or growth opportunities. I really appreciate the transparency & really makes you feel like part of the team. & most importantly, help is ALWAYS provided when you ask for it! In fact it’s encouraged :)

Cons

So far, the only “con” would be that I have yet to meet my team yet (we are fully remote).
