      Pros

      - The company has potential and the right ideas. - You won't be bored - Good benefits

      Cons

      - Management has a "it's our way or else" mentality. - Women are talked down to frequently and all opinions are dismissed. - They are growing too fast and the amount of work does not equal the pay and people keep quitting making it worse. - CEO micro manages everything.

      Your opinion matters to me very much so thank you for sharing. I wish no one has this perspective of our organization and this is deeply troubling to hear. I can not argue that this was not your experience, but I can boldly claim that this is not our intention. I believe actions speak louder than words when it comes to culture. We pay a living wage (70k min.), offer truly exceptional benefits, have 14 weeks paid maternity leave, and 47% of our team members identify as women. We appreciate your feedback and I look forward to growing.

      - Work life balance - Infrastructure - Client transition from sales to marketing - No true limit to the number of platforms you manage - Wear multiple hats - Onboarding - Communication - SEO & Paid Media department aren't aligned

      Thank you so much for the feedback! I have not read the book and I am going to get it :) I completely agree that we have areas to improve and I look forward to getting better. I wish you nothing but the best in your next endeavor. For those reading, this review is totally fair. We have added over 100+ team members in 2021 and have made significant strides to improve our infrastructure since the initial growth wave to start the year. I truly apologize if this was not an ideal experience for you. We have fully invested this success back into better benefits, better onboarding + training, a living wage, middle management, client support infrastructure, and an amazing people ops team. These investments will take time, but I love the progress the management team is making. We are the market leader in SaaS marketing for a reason and have an amazing team here. I look forward to getting better for you and your coworkers.

      Pros

      This company is fantastic, here's why: 1. Managers are innovative and foster employee growth 2. LOTS of learning opps - digital knowledge is readily shared and there's a ton of it 3. It's super fun, people are happy and thriving which makes it a really great working environment 4. Everyone is really nice and smart 5. There is a slack channel for dad jokes and dogs!!!! 6. Remote work/flex schedules 7. Balanced workload 8. ACE clients - it seems like every B2B SaaS company wants to work with Directive, and its because our marketing team is incredible and using the most advanced techniques out there 9. It's FUN - colleagues, clients, managers, and the work itself is genuinely enjoyable 10. Growth opportunities - people are getting promoted monthly as we're growing so quickly 11. You can make pretty good money here - talk to a recruiter, don't go off of glassdoor reviews because they are outdated. 12. Our founders are the best! Seriously, they are very knowledgeable and incredibly nice guys.

      Cons

      The only con is that my work laptop took a little longer than I'd hoped to get but just an extra week
